The jacket booklet opens up and contains illustrations of the major characters. Also there is a sheet of paper containing Sakura's story that she wrote about her mother. The CD has a monochrome drawing of Sakura and Kero-chan.

The first pressing comes with a plastic case, which has a picture of Sakura on the front and Nadeshiko on the back.
