Muteki Palette changed once more in January 2001. The leader Matsumoto Chiyomi left, and three of the second class students joined the group. This is the first (and last) group with students from both the first and second class.

The new (and final?) Muteki Palette is made up of Sakurai Sara (桜井紗良) , Ohtsuka Mae (大塚麻恵) , Serai Shizuko (瀬來至寿子) , Takase Noriko (高瀬典子) , Kuwakado Sora (桑門そら) , Mito Yoko (三戸洋子) , Itou Asuka (伊藤あすか) , Inoue Eri, and Ono Akiko.
