This CD+DVD contains the opening and ending songs to the TV anime Rou Kyuu Bu! SS .
The CD tracks are as follows.

The DVD contains a promo video of "Get Goal!" and a making of video.
The promo video is over 10 minutes. It has a story part prior to the song, and a very long credits at the end where they show the shooting bloopers.
The video has the Ro-Kyu-Bu girls in their basketball tank top and frilly skirt outfits dancing in a set. It also has many scenes of the girls wearing street clothes and yukata, at an ocean resort and practicing in a gym.
Itou Shizuka makes a very brief appearance in the video as a school teacher.
The making of video is around 10 minutes.
In May 2013, there was a promotion event in front of Gamers Akihabara for this CD and the second Rou Kyuu Bu TV series.
In June and July, there was a large advertisement at Sofmap and a store window display at Gamers .
