LaLaLu is a group made up of seven former Kira Kira Melody Gakuen girls:
Hinano Mayo (雛野まよ) (leader), Sakurai Sara (桜井紗良) (sub-leader), Kimura Ikue (木村郁絵) , Ohtsuka Mae (大塚麻恵) , Miyanishi Noa (宮西乃愛) , Minano Fuuko (皆乃楓子) , and Shintani Sayaka (新谷さや香) .

There used to be nine girls, but Aina left the group on March 6, 2002. Then Itou Asuka (伊藤あすか) left the group in January 2003.

LaLaLu stands for Large Laughs and Luv (Love), and they made their surprise debut during the Kira Kira Melody Gakuen Final Album Event on August 19, 2001.

There are also two subgroups within LaLaLu, Chori Wonton and Doougs .

LaLaLu did the voices in the "love adventure" game Chocolate Kiss !

LaLaLu held their first series of events LaLaLu Unplugged 3 Days on September 17 to 19, 2001. Their second event was held on October 7, 2001. Since then, they have appeared at many idol events, and even held their own Christmas events. LaLaLu also had MANY campaign events in 2002 for their three Maxi Singles. There were also an album campaign for their album, Last Seasons .
