This was a live broadcast for the upcoming TV anime Buta no Liver ha Kanetsu shiro (豚のレバーは加熱しろ). The hosts were Matsuoka Yoshitsugu and Kusunoki Tomori.

They explained the story and showed a promo video. Then they introduced the characters. They even had a real sized pig figure in the studio.

There will be "Buta no Radio ha Kanetsu shiro" radio show starting in October.

Then they played a game where Yoshitusugu said some lines in pig language, and Tomori had to guess which line he said. She got 2 out of 5 correct.
