This was a live broadcast of the opening ceremony of the Girls Band Party and Revue Starlight ReLive Sai 2019 event, that took place in Sunshine City Funsui Hiroba.
The seiyuu guests were all five members of the group Poppin' Party and five members of Revue Starlight, Aiba Aina, Koyama Momoyo, Koizumi Moeka, Iwata Haruki, and Mimori Suzuko.
Everyone did some simple self introductions. Then they all yelled "start" to start the event. They talked about and explained the Girls Band Party and Revue Starlight ReLive Sai, which was a 2 day event in Ikebukuro with many seiyuu events and character attractions.
Then the Michelle kigurumi from Bang Dream and Andrew the mole kigurumi from Revue Starlight came onto the stage.
At the end, they gave out information on the Bang Dream movie, which will start at the movie theaters on 9/13.
