There was a special DVD given out to those who reserved the first To Aru Kagaku no Railgun DVD or Bluray. The special DVD contains the following.

The navigation special is hosted by Toyosaki Aki and Itou Kanae, and they introduce the Railgun story and anime.
The Level 5 special is the best part of this DVD. The four main Railgun seiyuu play games to see who has the most esp powers. The seiyuu were Toyosaki Aki (豊崎愛生) , Itou Kanae (伊藤かな恵) , Satou Rina (佐藤利奈) , Arai Satomi (新井里美) .
The first part was a self introduction, and they answered the question, "Do you believe in ESP?" After that, they played some games.
