The NEC PC-FX anime festival event took place in the Bunka Kaikan
building in Ikebukuro on June 22 and 23.
There were two stages with various events during the two days.
The vendor booths were set up like a comic market, and it was
just a few rows of tables with PC-FX game machines and some people
selling posters and other goods.
There were posters for most of the PC-FX games except for Megami Paradise.
[I would have liked to get a MegaPara poster.]

Chiba Shigeru talk and mini concert
The seiyuu guests for the Chiba Shigeru talk show were Iwao Junko
and Ikezawa Haruna.
Junko sang Yume ga Minoru Toki, the ED song of Natsuko no Sake,
a drama CD.
Then Shigeru, Junko, and Haruna talked and answered questions from
the audience. There were also some presents given away.
At the end, Junko sang Shutter Chance no Renzoku.
Rolfee talk show and mini concert
Ohno Marina, the voice actress for Rolfee (the NEC PC-FX image character)
sang a couple songs, and Tadano Kazuko, the character designer for Rolfee,
came for the talk show.
Ojousama Sousamou Virgo mini concert and talk show
Virgo sang Koi ha Itsumo Beautiful and Koi no Sousamou.
They also set up microphone on the stage and did a long drama
where they introduced the characters and the story of Ojousama Sousamou.
Chiba Shigeru came and participated in this drama too.
