The Idol 109 part 3 Special event took place on February 17, 2002. Idol 109 part 3 was an Internet radio show that ran from June to December 2001, hosted by Miyanishi Noa and Adachi Rieko. There used to be monthly public recording events for this radio show, but it ended in December. But because of its popularity, there was a one-shot special event on February 17, 2002. This was just an event, and it wasn't a recording.

The guests for this event were chosen from previous Idol 109 guests. At the beginning of the event, all of the guests gathered on the stage. Then each guest appeared one at a time, for about 20 to 30 minutes each. There were six guests all together.

Noa wore a camisole type pink top, and a long grey skirt.

The first guest was Misaki Mami.

The second guest was Okamoto Eri.

The third guest was Itou Asuka.

The fourth guest was Ohtsuka Mae and three chidols.

The fifth guest was Sawai Natsumi.

The sixth guest was Kuryuu Miku.
