Disclaimer: I am writing this on an airplane from Tokyo to Honolulu. I'm currently drinking my 6th Gin and Tonic (in about one hour), so I am pretty drunk now.. (^_^; - Event report version 0.7 by Hitoshi Doi, 2001.08.16
Minor corrections.
Although this was a fan club barbeque event, it was almost like a photo session event. (^_^; Pics, videos, whatever allowed all the time!
The registration for the event began at 10:30. I arrived at the park entrance before 10:00, and I was the first one there.. Since it was very cloudy (and it looked like it might rain), I was actually worried if the event was going to take place. (They had set up an alternate indoor event in case of rain.) But at around 10:20, some other people showed up, and Ono Akiko and one other girl came to the park entrance to gather us for the registration..

The event (barbeque portion) began at 11:00.
All of the girls (around 10) lined up and gave a self introduction.
Then they started making the food. Lots of meat, vegetables, and yakisoba.
Since the next day was Noa's birthday, there was even a birthday cake for her. Noa was wearing a red Milk brand shirt, and overalls. |

The barbeque lasted until 13:00 or so.
Then the photo session began, which lasted until 14:45 or so.
All the fans were free to take pictures of their favorite girls,
anywhere in the park.
I just took pictures of Noa, until 14:30 as I had to catch a plane to Honolulu in the evening. Noa was wearing a red and white checkered one piece for the photo session. |

I used my EOS-7 and took 5 rolls (36) of Fuji Trebi 100C, and less than 1 roll (around 25 pics) of Fuji Provia 100. This is the first event that I went 100% positives. Now I really need a film scanner!
