Sentimental Thank You
The event opened with Mr. Kubota and a guy from Bandai Music showing the CD box and the individual CDs. Then Watanabe Kaoru came out wearing a santa outfit (red coat and skirt). Kaoru sang Tenshi ni Aitakute. Then she sang a Christmas song, acapella, and in English. In the first session it was I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and in the second session it was Winter Wonderland. Then Kaoru sang her song Ye Ye -Renown Wansaka Musume (not a Senti song). After the "guys" came and talked a little more about the goodies that come with the CD box, the five Usagi Gumi girls came out. Standing from right to left was Nishiguchi Yuka, Okamoto Asami, Suzuki Urarako, Konno Hiromi, and Makishima Yuki. Yuka sang Tenshi no Okurimono. This was a slow song. Yuka said that she cried when she recorded this song. Asami sang Ground Cherry -Mahou no Mi-. This was also a slow song. Yuki sings the chorus part of this song. Urarako sang Resolution. This was a medium song. It was the only Usagi Gumi song with much calls. (^_^;) Then they played clips of the seven other songs in the CD box. Hiromi sang Pure Blue. This was a medium to slow song. The other Usagi Gumi girls sing the chorus to this song. Yuki's song was Isshun no Eien, but since she had a cold she didn't sing. Instead she read out the message by Miyuki that was in the CD box. The BGM was Yuki's song.
Then the Usagi Gumi girls left the stage, and Mr. Kubota came out carrying
a large box. It was the Korean version Sentimental Graffiti
(went on sale 11/20, for 9000 won).
In addition to the two CD-ROMs, there were a lot of goodies included
in the package.
Then they showed some video clips of the Sentimental Graffiti press conference in Taiwan. The game will go on sale in February 1999, at around the same time as the Tokimemo game. It also included a clip of Vivi (an idol singer?) (dressed up in Morii Kaho's school uniform - VERY CUTE) singing the Taiwanese image song. Mr. Kubota said that they had the press conference at 15:00, and they announced at that time that there would be an event that evening. Then 4000 to 5000 SG fans (probably Vivi fans) came for the event at 19:00! They are also trying to bring SG to France, Italy, and America. Then Watanabe Kaoru came out in a yellow dress (American 50's style), and sang Keep On Smile.
