Consists of a live theatre performance of 1998.10.17 by the Asakura Kaoru Engekidan. The story is set in 1936, just before the war with China. Unlike many other Sakurai-san roles, this story involves a serious and tragic role. Includes an extensive and intricate dancing scene to the music of "Yakusoku", from one of Asakura-san's first musicals in 1991. Sakurai-san is very beautiful in exquisite period costume, yet also appears in a military uniform.
Appearing are: Sakurai Tomo, Ishida Tomomi, Nakamura Kami, Muto Akihito, Niikai Ayaki, Iwase Yuuji, Igarashi Makoto.
