Dr. Lizzetta (ドクター・リゼッタ) was the mad scientist that
wanted to take over Romana.
Dr. Lizzetta only appears in the audio drama and doesn't appear in the anime.
Dr. Lizzetta's voice is done by Chiba Shigeru.
