This was the 20th broadcast of Shuwarin TV, by Pastel Palettes. The seiyuu were Uesaka Sumire, Hata Sawako, and Ozawa Ari.

The three seiyuu were wearing aprons in a kitchen studio. Since it was almost Valentine's Day, the challenge for this broadcast was to make chocolate panna cotta desserts.

This was part 1 of a two part broadcast. In this part, the seiyuu all made the panna cotta, and put them into cups to cool in the refrigerator. In the next part , they will decorate the desserts.

The main part was around 17 minutes, and Ami's corner was around 5 minutes. At the end of Ami's corner, she made an announcement. On 2/27 and 2/28 there will be a Pastel Palettes Sound Only Live "Flowerful" on the Bang Dream youtube channel. The broadcast will be free.
