There was a guest, the first guest of this radio show, and Shocker Ohno was very happy. The guest was Kikuchi Shiho, who does the role of Merrybell.

Merrybell was a very normal cute girl, until she totally loses it. If something makes her scared or upset, she changes into a mean girl, and uses her comet attack.

Kotono: How is it doing the role of Merrybell?
Shiho: It's very hard.
Shocker: It's like doing two roles.
Shiho: When she's normal, I can do it in a voice that is close to mine. But when I do the mean Merrybell, she doesn't have much lines, just a lot of yelling and such, so it's hard to express her character with just that.
Kotono: Also Shiho-chan is very serious and she even asks to redo some of her lines that she felt wasn't good enough.

Shocker: How is the recording?
Shiho: During the actual recording, it is very serious. But during the break we eat snacks and talk and it's fun. Also it's early in the morning, so sometimes my stomach grumbles.
Shocker: Yes, if you forget to eat breakfast, the stomach grumbles during the recording and this sound is very loud too!
Kotono: This morning, it happened to me. I was recording with Furuya Tohru, and my stomach grumbled when he was speaking.
Shiho: It usually happens at important places, like very serious scenes and such.

Shocker: In this story, there are many older girls..
Shiho: I'm the same age as Sakura. We found out at the recording session the other day.

[Then Kotono did some voice imitations, such as Tange Sakura.]

Then they read some letters. Kotono talked in some animal voices, as the letters were about which animal would go with each character.

They played Motto Motto Radical Fight, the OP song to Voogie's Angel, sung by the Angels (the five voice actresses).

Kotono: What other roles have you done?
Shiho: In the radio and CD drama Motto Tokimeki Memorial, I do Tatebayashi Miharu.
Kotono: Tokimemo! It's a popular game.
Shiho: It used to be a game, but it became very popular and it became a radio drama.
Kotono: It's a game where you have to have the girl confess to you. There are many girls, so you get in the situation of going out with two girls at the same time.
Shiho: Sometimes it's more than two girls.
Shocker: I wanna play that game!
Shiho: Tatebayashi Miharu is a background character in the game, and doesn't appear much. But she talks a lot in the drama.
Kotono: What else?
Shiho: With Kotono-san, I'm in Say You Club.
Kotono: She's one of the Piipers.
Shiho: The talk by Yamadera-san and Kotono-san is very funny. Also Kotono-san's "buttobasu" is different every time. Also there are many guests and we can hear many stories.
Shocker: Aren't there around 20 people in the Piipers?
Shiho: Yes, around there. The average age is very low too. I can meet many people, so it is fun.
Shocker: With seiyuu work, you just do voices, but now you are on TV.
Shiho: I watched the very first episode of Say You Club. I recorded it, and I was shocked to see myself. My face was so round!
Shocker: People tend to look fatter on TV.
Shiho: In the first episode there was a game, and I won. On the day of that broadcast, we had the recording for Voogie's Angel. When I got to the studio, Inoue Kikuko was there, and she said, "Shiho-chan I saw you on TV." Then many other people say that they saw me on TV.
Kotono: Anything else?
Shiho: This is very local, but I have a one hour program on radio Kamakura on Saturday evenings.
Kotono: That's nice. FM is nice.
Shiho: But there are songs, so it's 70% songs and 30% talk. Even with one hour I don't talk that much.

Shocker: Also you work for the same company as Kotono.
Shiho: Yes.
Shocker: Do you do things together?
Shiho: No.
Kotono: We just see each other sometimes in the office, or at the recording studio for voice acting.
Shiho: I was very happy to be able to work with Kotono-san.

Shocker: Did you like anime when you were little?
Shiho: I got asked this a lot. I think I was just normal and watched some of the anime on TV.
Shocker: What do you remember watching?
Shiho: Tororon Enma-kun. I think I liked that the most.
Kotono: That's very old.
Shiho: It might have been a rerun. Also as a normal girl, I watched Candy Candy.
Kotono: Candy Candy? That's the same as me.
Shiho: Maybe that was a rerun too.

Kotono: How was it today?
Shiho: It was fun. I've listened to this from the first broadcast, and I think it's fun.
