Then Sakura decided to ask Takuya, who was helping out with the checkup of the base equipment. Just as she was leaving, Konishi said that he would lend her some money. But Sakura said, "Thank you, but I can't cause any trouble to his close friend."

Takuya was in the base communications center with another person who was explaining how the emergency loudspeaker system worked. Just as they turned on the microphone, Sakura came into the room and said, "Can you lend me some money? I lost everything at the horse races." Sakura's voice went out on all of the speakers in the entire base.

The commander of the base Tsukamoto got very upset, and said that he would close down the 801 TTS. Kengamine was very happy.

Sakura was very disappointed, and Konishi told her not to worry about it. He said, "Don't worry about it. I'll talk to Tsukamoto again. You just keep chasing your own dreams."
Sakura said, "But.."

"I'll show you that women have just as much pride as men. Also that there is one who will risk her life to show how valuable she is."
Tsukamoto said, "What?"
Sakura said, "If I'm the one who caused our group's value to go down, I'll take it back."
Tsukamoto said, "That's funny. Well if you can't do it, I won't let you off easily."
Sakura said, "Yes. I'll even bet 1 oku yen on it."

So Sakura showed off her excellent flying in front of Tsukamoto and the others.

Konishi was saying to himself, "Are you watching partner? I'm even jealous now. We both went after her until the end. But I couldn't confess to her.."

Later Kengamine was upset again as the 801's reputation got higher.
