Kokubu Shinichirou

Kokubu Shinichirou (国分信一郎) was Karin's 38 year old father. He was a cameraman for a newspaper company.

He happened to be in the area when Buurin first appeared and saved the small child from the fire. Since then he was determined to find out Buurin's identity.

Shinichirou's voice is done by Ono Ken'ichi (小野健一).
