Urara Principal

Urara Principal (うらら園長) is the principal of the magician school that Chacha goes to. The school is also called Urara Gakuen.

Urara has very very huge eyes, and dances around like she's always happy.

Urara principal's voice is done by Shimamoto Sumi (島本須美).
