Ibuki Kouko (伊吹公子) was Fuuko's older sister. She was an art teacher at the high school until three years ago. Kouko was engaged to marry Yoshino Yuusuke, but she wasn't sure that she should marry when her sister was still sleeping in the hospital.

Kouko had heard rumors that Fuuko was in school, but she couldn't actually see or hear the spirit Fuuko.

Kouko's voice is done by Minaguchi Yuko (皆口裕子).
