The first section has large full page pictures of the El Hazard characters (TV character design).

Page 8 and 9 is a two page picture of the El Hazard girls in an onsen. Ifuriita is clothed and floating in the air. Lune is wearing her white, bathing outfit. Everyone else is naked. Shera Shera is sitting on a rock drinking sake.

The second section has descriptions and pictures of the major characters. The information and pictures come from the TV series. There is also a picture of each of the seiyuu, with some comments from them regarding their character and El Hazard. (Makoto, Uura, Lune, Miizu, Afra, Shera, Nanami, Areere, Strellbaugh, Fujisawa, Ronz, Jinnai, Diiva, Bugrom, Ifriita.)

The third section has short descriptions of all of the TV episodes.

The fourth section has seiyuu information and pictures. The first picture is a group picture of all of the seiyuu. Then there are many pictures from an El Hazard event. There are nice pictures from the talk session and the concert session.

The seiyuu covered are: Iwanaga Tetsuya (岩永哲哉), Sakurai Tomo (桜井智), Inoue Kikuko (井上喜久子), Shimazu Saeko (島津冴子), Kozakura Etsuko (小桜エツ子), Yoshida Miho, Natsuki Rio (夏樹リオ), Ishii Kouji, Soumi Youko, Okiayu Ryoutarou (置鮎龍太郎), Amano Yuri (天野由梨).

The fifth section has information and pictures of the OAV series.

The first 50 pages of this book is all color. The next 32 pages (51-82) are black and white. Then the last 18 pages (83-100) are in color.

The sixth section (all black and white) has lots of various information about El Hazard. There are character sketches, interviews with the staff/creators, pictures from the after recording of TV episode 25, and OAV and TV episode guides.

The seventh section has large full page pictures of the El Hazard characters (OAV character design).

The last section is an El Hazard story.
