She loved Fatora, the younger princess of Roshutalia, and since Makoto looked like Fatora, she crawled into the bed when Makoto was sleeping!
TV series
In the TV series, Fatora does not appear. So Areere appears as a guide for Makoto and the others.
Areere's voice is done by Kozakura Etsuko (小桜エツ子).
