Mizuhara Makoto was a 17 year old high school student who liked
doing scientific experiments.
Jinnai Nanami was an energetic girl who liked Makoto.
Jinnai Katsuhiko was the president of the student council,
but he was doing a lot of sneaky dealings.
He also thought that Makoto was out to get him,
as Makoto had beaten him in just about everything that
they had done ever since they were little.
So Jinnai tried to sabotage Makoto's scientific experiment..
Makoto's experiment started going wild, and created some
kind of energy ball which transported Makoto, Jinnai, Nanami,
and Fujisawa-sensei to El Hazard.
In general the character designs for the TV series is
much cuter than the OAVs.
Another major difference is that
Lune Venus
is much younger in the TV series.
