Ano Hi no Kimi no Mama de Ite, Morii Kaho

This drama is on the Ano Hi no Kimi de Ite 2 CD, track 1. The first part was aired on the radio, but the part of Kaho in Tokyo wasn't aired.

Kaho in Osaka

At school after track practice, one of the younger students came up to Kaho. She asked if Kaho was going to win the tournament. But Kaho said that she isn't running to win. She just wants to run in the wind, through the scenery.. and give the baton to "you".

Then the girl gave a present to Kaho, and Kaho ran away. Kaho was very popular with the girls, but didn't have any boyfriends, as she was going to a girls' school.

Kaho thought: I wonder what he's doing now.. Maybe he's forgotten about me.

"He" was the one who taught Kaho the fun in running.

Kaho said to herself: The baton that I couldn't hand him at that time.. I want to hand it to him. That's why i continued running.

Then Kaho decided to go see him.

Kaho: I wish he's still the same as that day..

Kaho in Tokyo

Kaho arrived in Tokyo, but she was very nervous. She went to the boy's house and rang the doorbell, but nobody was home. Kaho didn't want to just go home, so she decided to write a letter. "Do you remember me? That day, and those memories.." Kaho didn't write her name, because she didn't want to be a bother to him. But she hoped that he remembered her, and that he would come visit her in Osaka. Kaho wanted to fulfill the promise of handing him the baton.
