Before meeting the boy

Emiru was thinking whether she should do a fortune telling. She was scared, and was going to stop. But her mother came and asked what she was up to.

Emiru said that her "darling" hadn't come to see her, even though she left a letter saying that she wanted him to come. Emiru wondered if he didn't read the letter, or if he didn't know it was from her. So Emiru was thinking about doing the fortune telling. Mother said that she should do it.

Then Emiru started her fortune telling, with her mother there watching. But her mother picked a card before Emiru was ready, and the fortune telling became a "luck" fortune telling, instead of a fortune about Emiru's darling.

It turned out that this was Emiru's luckiest day, so her mother told her to go outside.

Emiru went out to the park, and saw someone there. She went to him, and...

After meeting the boy

When Emiru got home, she talked to Pikko-chan (her bird) about the boy coming to meet her. She was very happy, and said that he was destined for her. Emiru said that she doesn't want to be apart from the boy. She wants to be with him all the time.
