Honmaru and Iyona were playing in their school classroom. They had given names to their things, like eraser, pencil, pencil cases, etc. Then Jabao and Korekiyo came and teased them. But then Mari-sensei came and stopped them, and gave them spankings.

Then Honmaru and Jabao fought after school, with Hommaru getting beaten up badly.

When Honmaru got home, he tried to look for way to get stronger.

Just then Honmaru and his sleeping father said the magic word (accidentally), to call the magician Taruruuto.

When Taru came, Honmaru laughed at him, and didn't believe that he was a magician. Taru was just a little boy.

Taru told Homnaru to give him a wish. Then Honmaru said he wanted a new wish everyday, but Taru said that wasn't fair.

Since Honmaru still didn't believe that Taru was a magician, Taru showed Honmaru his special item Tama-chan (Tamamie) and some other magic. Finally Honmaru realized that Taru was really a magician.

Taru asked Honmaru for his wish again. Then Honmaru asked Taru to be his friend.

Honmaru and Taru went outside to play. They met Iyona, Rui, and the others at the park.

Then a motocycle gang came, and tried to scare the kids away. Everyone was scared, but Honmaru and Taru went to face the gang. Then Taru used his magic to turn Honmaru's toy helicopter into a real one, and scared the gang away.

At the end Taru told Honmaru that he liked this world, and that he will stay for a while.
