Tachibana Shiori (栞) was a 17 year old member of Voogie's Angel. Shiori was 163 cm tall, and her weight was a secret. Her favorite color was blue. She liked to eat Japanese food. Her hobbies were flower arrangement, tea ceremony, and playing the koto (Japanese harp).

Shiori says:
I've had some psychic power ever since I was born, and since I've become a cyborg, the power has been increased by the mecha. I can do a little x-ray vision or predictions. I'm working on other powers, but it's not going that well.
