This event was a promotional event for Cable TV and other related
digital accessories. It was held in a small park just outside of
Ikebukuro Station (West Side), and it was free.
There were around 10 booths for the Cable TV companies and such,
and there were around 10 more booths for food and drinks.
There was also a main stage for some song and dance events,
and a couple UltraSeven events.

Some of the girls from the cosplay unit Little Witch was at the event
to help out. They passed out flyers and fans, and helped out on the stage.
Unfortunately they didn't have a song stage.
The event itself went from 10:00 to 17:00, but the Little Witch
girls were there from 12:30 to 16:00.
All of the girls brought and wore their own maid-style outfits.
