The Akihabara Enta Matsuri (秋葉原エンタまつり),
a.k.a. Akiba Entama, took place from 10/22 to 10/30.
This was an event to promote anime, games, manga and such.
There were seiyuu events, mangaka events, game events, and many
other things going on in various parts of Akihabara.
Most of the major events were on the weekends.

On the weekends, some of the Cosplay Unit SAI girls were helping out
passing out flyers and such, near the Akihabara train station.
I went to Akihabara on 10/22 and 10/30, and Emiri (one of the SAI girls)
was there on both days.
On 10/22, Emiri wore a school uniform for the TV anime Lamune,
and on 10/30, she wore the uniform for Koi Koi 7.
She was passing out lamune candies and flyers for Lamnue.
