The fifth Cutie Land event took place on June 21, 2003 at Live Gate Tokyo. The guests were Nagai Mai (minor idol and seiyuu) and Ikeda Sayaka (minor idol).

There were around 80 to 100 people.

For the middle Cutie Pai stage, they wore their soldier outfit.

For the last Cutie Pai stage, they came out wearing their new kimono outfits. But they also had some fluffy ears. Then for the new song Switch, they took off their kimono to reveal another new outfit. It was a kigurumi bear outfit. The ears that they were wearing were the ears for this bear outfit. Makky was an orange bear, and Mayu-chan was a red bear.

During this event, Makky had her hair up, and she only had one rabbit in her hair (on the left side).

After the event, Cutie Pai sold goods (CDs, pictures, badges).
