This event was for those who bought the drama CD Minebishi Ryouko Shinryoushitu Shucchou Clinic at Ishimaru Soft One.

The event opened with Nagai Noa singing her song "Hello!" which is on this drama CD. Noa was wearing a green nurse outfit (complete with green nurse hat), with white socks (almost knee high) and white shoes. She was "cosplaying" as the nurse Tanaka Yoshiko.

Then Kikuko came onto the stage, and they sang "Shinryoushitsu ha Paradise" together. Kikuko was wearing a white lab coat over a black shirt and mini skirt. She was also wearing a very short haired wig. Kikuko was also "cosplaying" as the character Minebishi Ryouko.

After the song, Kikuko and Noa performed a skit where they called three "patients" (fans from the crowd) to the stage, and diagnosed their problems. The ones who were picked also received a signed script, and got their photo taken with Kikuko and Noa (a polaroid). After the three patients were finished, they also gave out five more signed scripts as presents.

At the end of the event, Kikuko sang the image song of Ryouko sensei, "Mayoeru Kohituji niha Ai no Muchi yo".
