There was a talk and mini live event for the Kaiketsu Caramel Police sono 3 drama CD at Ishimaru Soft One on May 9, 2004, and the guests were Inoue Kikuko and Nagai Noa. Those who bought a CD were given tickets for the event. There were around 160 people who participated.

The event flowed as follows.

• talk by Inoue Kikuko
• talk by Kikuko and Nagai Noa
• talk by Noa and Mr. Katayose
• questions for Caramel Police
• Caramel Police Academy audio drama
• talk by Kikuko and Noa
• "Caramel Police theme song" (Inoue Kikuko)

After some talk by Kikuko and Noa, Kikuko went off the stage, to change into her police outfit. While Kikuko was changing, Mr. Katayose (a director for the Bunka Housou radio station) came onto the stage to talk with Noa. He introduced some of the staff of the Caramel Heights and Caramel Town radio shows.

When Kikuko came back onto the stage (dressed as Caramel Police), she took several questions from the audience. Then Kikuko and Noa did a short (around 5 minutes) audio drama of Caramel Police Academy. Caramel Police Academy was a new drama CD that will come out in the near future.

Then after a little bit of talk, Kikuko sang the Caramel Police theme song.
