This was a monthly live featuring minor seiyuu, minor idols, and cosplayers. The crowd was pretty small.

I went to watch Ichii Hiori.

The event flowed as follows. Hiori was the final singer for the first time. (This was her 10th singing event.)

Hiori was wearing a very frilly, red checkered, idol-ish one piece, with a white, frilly long sleeve blouse underneath. She had her hair in twin tails off the sides, tied with big ribbons.
