Hiori was the final singer for the first time.
(This was her 10th singing event.)
Hiori was wearing a very frilly, red checkered, idol-ish one piece,
with a white, frilly long sleeve blouse underneath.
She had her hair in twin tails off the sides, tied with big ribbons.
