In November of 1996 (11/2 to 11/4), the Playstation Expo and E3 game
shows were held at the Makuhari Messe together.
Once you got a ticket for either event, it will "free" to go to
the other one.
The Playstation Expo was much bigger, and much more flashy.
(This was the first year that they had the E3 event in Japan.)
As usual for the recent game shows, there were several seiyuu related
events at the vendor booths and main stages.
The seiyuu events were as follows.

Tokimeki Memorial Live (Sugawara Sachiko, Kikuchi Shiho, Igarashi Rei) talk show, one song by each seiyuu, Tokimemo puzzle-dama game by each seiyuu (player gets a set of coasters and signature board). total about 50 minutes. VERY crowded.

Refrain Love event (Iwao Junko, Miyamura Yuko, Tanaka Atsuko, Yamazaki Wakana) Junko sang the theme song, there was a talk show, then Yuko and Wakana acted out a scene from the game with one person from the audience, and Junko and Atsuko acted out one scene from the game too.
