The thirteenth Iki Nuki Night Party event took place exactly one year after the first event. This was also Shintani Sayaka's birthday, so this was a birthday and anniversary special. The Iki Nuki Night Party page has a general description of this event.

There were many former Kira Kira Melody Gakuen members as guests. Sawai Natsumi, Takahira Jun, Suzuki Michiko, Miyano Shizu, and Kurasawa Kaoru were guests.

    The event flowed as follows.
    • opening and first card game
    • songs by Takahira Jun
      Pajama no Mamade (Creamy Mami)
      Keep Your Heart
    • game corner
    • song by Kurasawa Kaoru
      Makenaide (Zard)
    • game corner
    • songs by Sawai Natsumi
      Tobira no Mukou
      Hanairo no Heya
    • song by Suzuki Michiko
      Mata Ashita (Every Little Thing)

      "Happy Birthday Sayaka"
      presents

At the end of the event, just before giving out the presents, there was a "surprise" birthday cake for Sayaka.

At the very end, I bet 5 chips on number 1 (my baseball uniform number) in the roulette (Natsumi was spinning the wheel), and won! So I got 180 chips (36 times payout), and got the top prize. I ended up with a total of 185 chips.

The prize included a signature board signed by all of the guests.

Vidoes, photos, recording not allowed during the event. But after the event, Sayaka, Jun, and Shizu sold goods, and they allowed photos at that time. Natsumi and Michiko also came out, but they didn't have any goods to sell.
