On 7/23 at the Tokyo Character Show 2000, the Kira Kira Melody Gakuen event on the main stage took place at 13:30. It was basically the same as the previous day, but both the First Class and Second Class girls appeared (over 50 girls).

The event opened with the "Kira Kira Melody Gakuen Theme Song". Since there were so many girls, they couldn't fit on the stage. The First Class students were on the stage. Some of the Second Class students were on the floor in front of the stage, and the rest of the Second Class students were behind the First Class students at the very back of the stage.

The emcees for the event were Nagai Nobuko and Sawai Natsumi.

The first group song was "Soba ni Itai" by Dear Me. The Dear Me members were Mayo, Miri, Tomoe, Fuuko, and Sara. Ikue and Emiko couldn't come because of other work.

The next song was "Say U" by Muteki Palette. After the song, Natsumi started crying, as she thanked Kanako and Yoko for their last performance with Muteki Palette.

The next group was Heart Chu, and they sang two songs, "Heart Chu no Theme" and "Kira Kira".

Then they called everyone back onto the stage. The formation of the Second Class students was different from before.

Nobuko and Natsumi announced that the Daisuki CD/CD extra will go on sale 8/30 for 1500 yen. Then Chiyomi and Fuuko taught the crowd some of the hand movements for the song Pride (same as the previous day).

After Heart Chu came back, they sang "Pride" and "Daisuki".

The formation of the First Class students was probably the same as normal, with minor modifications. The Second Class students moved and changed formations a lot.

Kasumi was in the back, behind the First Class students, most of the time. During "Pride", she came to the front of the stage, on the left side.. I was sitting in the middle, slightly to the right, so I was pretty far away.. (;_;)

After the songs, Natsumi announced that there was a test for the Second Class students the other day, and 34 out of 50 girls passed. The remaining 16 girls had to "transfer" away. Also 6 out of the 28 First Class students have decided to "graduate", to concentrate on their dreams. Natsumi was already in tears, and she couldn't finish her announcement..
