The vampire corners Chibi-Usa and her friend. Then, Sailor Moon and Sailor V save them. Chibi-Usa later dreams of being "Sailor Chibi-Usa Moon". There is a picture of Chibi-Usa holding dolls of everybody (very kawaii!).

A thing about Sailor Moon slippers. Inside back cover has a picture of Takeuchi Naoko with the seiyuu. Back cover has Chibi-Usa holding Luna-P, sitting on a cresent moon.
