Ptilol

Red haired Ptilol (and her twin Cyprine ) was the fifth of the Witches Five. They used their staves to reflect the attacks of the Sailor Senshi.

But they were defeated by the Sailor Senshi.

In the anime, her voice was done by Kasahara Rumi (笠原留美).
