cover has alternating light and dark blue vertical stripes. There are full body poses of Sailor Mercuray and Mars as well as head only pictures of Cooan and Beruche occupying the right half of the cover.
Sailor Mercury is foreground character. She is shown at and angle that is something between 3/4 and full frontal. Legs are slightly bent with the right (rearmost) leg slightly more bent than the left. Arms are together, in front of her body and bent at the elbows upward. Hands cupped, slightly bent with palms towards her face. Eyes are open and she seems to be yelling. Overall the poses is reminiscent of the Shabon Spray attack.
Sailor Mars is behind Sailor Mercury and is in a sideways leaping pose from right to left. Left leg is bent while the right is pretty much straight. The right arm is totally obscured by her body. The left arm is visible from the shoulder to the top of glove. The rest of the arms along with the left foot and right knee are hidden behind Sailor Mercury. The upper torso and head are twisted "towards" the front of the cover and she appears to be yelling. Overall the poses is similar to one of the "leap and throw wards" ones.
