The Nishiki Festival of Tokyo Denki University took place on 11/5 to 11/7. This was a school festival, and there were many various events all over the campus of Tokyo Denki University (near Ochanomizu and Kanda stations).
On 11/6 and 11/7, they called Heart Chu of Kira Kira Melody Gakuen as a guest, along with two other minor idols, and there was a live stage at 13:00 on both days.
On 11/6, the live stage lasted about one hour, and flowed as follows.

Since Tsuchiya Mieko had a cold, and she couldn't perform on 11/7,
the session on 11/7 was different (there were 8 of the Kira Melo girls).
[I wish I could have gone on 11/7 too..]
They allowed pictures too!
[I took 2.5 rolls, because that's all I brought. (^_^;;)]
It wasn't that crowded. I went about one hour before the event, and I only saw about 10 Kira Melo fans. The front of the stage was "reserved" with a few tables for the TDU guests, so the fans had to stand behind them.
I got a position in the first row, off to the right a little. But it was about 7 meters from the stage. I need a bigger lens.. I think there were less than 50 Kira Melo/Okamoto Eri fans in total.
After the event ended, they set up a table to sell stuff and pass out information flyers. Okamoto Eri sold signed two pictures of herself for 1000 yen. I think she would even write your name on it if you bought it. (I didn't buy it.) I only saw a few people buying it.
Sayaka and Jun stood around and passed out flyers for the Kira Melo Gakuensai event (11/27). I was able to take a nice picture of them. (^_^;) But Mieko was sick and had left already. (;_;)
