Cherry no Kyuujitsu sign and handshake
The first 300 people who bought Cherry no Kyuujitsu at Yamagiwa in Akihabara got a ticket to participate in the handshake and signing event later that day. However, this being on a Friday made it difficult for people to come, so I think only about 250 people were actually able to buy this CD-ROM and attend the event. At 17:00, they let the first 100 people into the Yamagiwa event room (8F). There were three sessions, with the last session being around 50 people. After a very brief introduction, Sakurai Tomo was introduced. Tomo was wearing a classy two piece white dress-suit, and only a white barrette in her hair. She spoke very briefly, thanking the people for buying her CD-ROM. She then asked if everyone had also bought her picture book. (^_^;) She said there were many pictures on the CD-ROM that weren't in the book. After that, they set up a table, where Tomo would shake hands with everybody. During the whole time the emcee was talking to the audience about various things. He was using a microphone, so it was difficult to hear what Tomo was saying to everyone. (;_;) When I got to the table, one guy handed me a pre-signed CD cover of this CD-ROM. Then when I went to Tomo, she cupped my hand with both of hers, and said "Ah, doomo!" Then another guy handed me a poster (B3 size), and led me out of the room.
