This CD+DVD package contains the opening song to the TV anime Mayo Chiki (まよチキ).

The tracks are as follows. Be Starters! Sai Be Starters! off vocal ver. Sai off vocal ver. Songs by Kitamura Eri (喜多村英梨).

The DVD contains the promo video to "Be Starters", and two TV commercials for the CD (one before going on sale, one after). In the CM they say that this is Eri's "debut" single.
