This was a live broadcast for the upcoming event Toaru Kagaku no Chou Ongakusai (Music Festival) (とある科学の超音楽祭). The seiyuu hosts were Satou Rina and Iguchi Yuka.

This event will take place on 11/4 to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun TV series.

At the beginning, they gave out the information for the event. The event will take place at the Tokyo Dome City Hall, and the artists and seiyuu performing will be as follows, fripSide (phase 2), fripSide, Iguchi Yuka, Satou Rina, Arai Satomi, Toyosaki Aki, and Itou Kanae.

Then Rina and Yuka played some games relating to the Railgun songs.
