This was a live broadcast of Washizaki Takeshi's daily radio show. The guest was Hidaka Noriko. It was the 40th anniversary of Noriko's debut single. Noriko's album "All Time Best", which contains 40 songs, was released on 12/2. Disc 1 is the "artist selection" disc and contains songs by Noriko as herself. Disc 2 is the "anisong and charasong" selection and contains songs by Noriko as anime characters. Noriko chose the songs herself, but there were many that she wanted to include, but couldn't. Noriko also released a new single "Drama" on 12/1.
