This was the first broadcast for the new seiyuu unit Ciel.

The broadcast opened with the four girls standing in matching outfits in a white room (Animate Theater). They did short introductions, and they announced that their group name was Ciel. Then the showed the Ciel logo.

After the opening talk they sat down at a table. They talked some more about themselves, and they all had an image color in the group.

In the second half of the broadcast, they played various games, and talked about each other.

The last part was a balloon art corner, where they made things with balloons. Satomi said she used to work at campaign events, and made lots of balloons for kids. None of the other girls had done it before.

First, Satomi demonstrated her skills by making a flower. Then they all made dogs from the balloons.

They announced that the first Ciel fan meeting event will be on 4/22, at Animate Theater.
