This was the end of year special broadcast for the seiyuu unit Ciel, and the entire broadcast was free.

The broadcast started with everyone standing up, wearing new outfits. It was a blazer top with a very long frilly skirt. It wasn't identical, as two of the girls had ribbons, and two had ties.

After the opening, they all sat down at the table for the talk part.

They announced that the next fan meeting event will take place on 2/18. It was close to Nana and Kokona's birthdays, so they tried to plan what they were going to do at the event.

Next they introduced the songs from all of the Marine Entertainment Girls Unit Project groups. They played the songs for the groups Flowords, Alice Eyez, and Ciel.
