This was broadcast 133 of the seiyuu talk show by Murakami Natsumi.
Natsumi was wearing a cape to cover her Halloween costume,
which blocked out everything except her head (and hands).
They did this during the entire free broadcast,
and she was going to show her outfit in the members only part.
Natsumi will have a solo photo collection in the December issue of
Dragon Age magazine, going on sale 11/9.
