This was the 23rd live broadcast by Aida Rikako for her solo program Aitai!

Rikako said that she was going to the gym recently, but her weight wasn't going down as she wanted. Rikako told her instructor that she wasn't eating much, but she actually was eating a lot. Her goal was to lose 3kg by the end of the year.

Rikako said she had a big announcement. This show has been going on for almost almost 2 years and the show will end. Then Rikako started laughing. She said she was joking.

Then Rikako made the real announcement. She announced that they will have the first real event for this show next year on 1/15. There will be a broadcast of that too. The guest will be Ohnishi Aguri.

During the free broadcast, Rikako asked for suggestions for what they will do during the event.

In the members only part, Rikako will wear a cowgirl outfit, and eat Yoshinoya gyuudon. She wanted to order a sukiyaki nabe.
