C-Channel 238
This was the 238th broadcast of C-Channel by Izawa Shiori. The next broadcast will be on 11/1, but Shiori was thinking about what to wear for Halloween. She looked on Amazon, but she couldn't find anything that she hasn't wore before. Of course Shiori said that she wasn't sure if she will wear any costume, as that will depend on how many viewers she has for this broadcast. (She says this every year.)
