This was a special Christmas collaboration for Yoshioka Mayu and Yamashita Nanami's programs, Mayu Shiritsu Yoshioka Koukou Tsuushinka and Nanamin no Negoto. The guest was Okuno Kaya.

The first part of the show was free, and the second part was for members only. They said they will sing karaoke in the members only part.

For the first 30 minutes or so, they made some takoyaki, and ate while reading mails and talking.
