The short TV program Gojira Oukoku (Godzilla Kingdom)
has two animated (probably full computer graphics) characters
narrating/talking about Godzilla and the monsters that
Godzilla fought in the movies.
One of the characters is in a white lab coat, voiced by Inoue Kikuko.
The "professor" is slightly "boke" and is very funny.
The other character is a little, cute, SD-ish, green colored
mechanical Godzilla (named Megabyte), voiced by Ohtani Ikue.
This character reminds me of Muka Muka from Muka Muka Paradise.
Okamura Akemi substituted for the voice of the "professor"
for about a month (1997.03.31 to 1997.04.28).
They just show a few minutes of clips from Godzilla movies,
and the two characters talk.
These two talk a lot (during the 3 minutes), and it's very cute.
The professor is forgetful, and when the Megabyte speaks
back at her, the professor hits him with her pointer stick.
When Megabyte gets mad, he breathes fire from his mouth.
The OP animation is CG, and the song is "Rhythm Generation"
by the Two Mix.
The second OP animation (started on 1997.02.03) has animated cute,
deformed monsters running around.
The song is "Zettai Zetsumei 2" by Kajitani Miyuki.
